Before, during and after
Preparation gives an assistant the references it needs. Live transcription turns speech into usable context. Notes help you revisit decisions afterwards. These are separate jobs: a polished summary does not prove that an assistant can answer during a conversation.
Orvunia combines a live workspace with editable notes and export. Its website demo uses prepared examples; an actual session depends on the provider, network and audio source you configure.
Follow the data
A local desktop app can capture audio without a meeting bot, but a remote transcription API still receives the selected audio. An answer model receives the context needed for the request. Review both the capture controls and your provider's handling of that material.
Evaluate a real workflow
Use a short, permitted test conversation. Check the chosen microphone, transcription language, correction quality, answer usefulness and export. A recognisable interface is less important than whether those steps work for your own setting.
