The local Orvunia app and public source are free, with no required login or Orvunia subscription. Provider usage may be billed separately. Download availability is shown on the download page; viewing it does not create a charge.
External charges
Transcription, language-model usage and infrastructure may cost money. Those charges are governed by your agreement with the billing provider, including any applicable refund rights.
Orvunia Cloud billing
Orvunia Cloud is operated by ZapyFlow Tecnologia LTDA, with Free and monthly Supporter and Supporter Plus plans. Paid checkout is currently closed. Send charge or refund questions to [email protected]; do not send passwords, API keys or full card details. Cancelling a subscription does not itself confirm a refund. This page does not promise an automatic refund or limit rights under applicable consumer law.
